Prospective authors are invited to contribute to the conference by electronically submitting a full paper in English of no more than 4 pages including illustrations, results and references. Submissions should be formatted in accordance with the IEEE guidelines. The guidelines, especially referring to the layout, can be found [ here ]. Finally, you have to upload your paper before the deadline. Updates of already uploaded papers are possible till submission deadline. For deadlines please visit : [ Important Dates ]. After the deadline the system closes the upload function automatically. With the submission of a paper the authors oblige themselves to participate at the conference and present their paper in the case it is accepted. Review process
All papers will undergo a review process by the Program Committee. The submissions will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Decision on acceptance will be made by the Program Chairs.
