PIA '03 - STYLE FILES
When creating and printing your pdf-files, please note:
1) Only the CD version of the proceedings will contain colors. The printout version will be published without colors. In case your paper contains color figures, please make sure that your figures can be interpreted correctly even if a graytone printer is used.
2) If you should use Adobe Acrobat Reader, please check that, before printing, 'Shrink oversized pages to paper size' and 'Expand small pages to paper size' are switched off. Additionally, go to 'Page Setup' and explicitly set 'Paper' to A4. If you do not do this, implicitly letter size will be used even though the button says 'A4'.
As an alternative you may also use ghostview for viewing and printing pdf-files.
