Please note that you must not use page numbers on your camera-ready
manuscript!
Manuscripts can be sent either in printed form on A4 paper (!) or
transferred electronically as PostScript files (please configure your
printer driver to print on A4 paper).

Please use the manuscript number as the file name, e.g., 22.ps.
If you want to use colored pages, please contact us as soon as

printed at the expense of the authors.
Important dates: Camera-ready manuscripts must be received no later
than May 31, 1999.
Submit four (4) copies of the paper in English by January 16, 1999 to:
