Computing of Electric Fields in Biological Tissues on the Basis of Classified NMR Images
In this paper the procedure for ascertaining the distribution of tissues from NMR-images,
and for computing the potential fields in inhomogenious biological tissues, is described.
The model based on NMR-images, pesupposes a classification of the tissues.
The human body is simulated by a complex network of resistors,
which permits the application of electric network-analyzing methods.
The results of computation are displayed by equipotential lines,
with the tissue distribution as background.
